1940 MDD is alive and back on the road
Well it's taken a long time with a lot of input from various people over the last 7 years, thanks to you all, but today I finally went for the first ride out on my 1940 MDD. There is still a fair bit to sort the bike out, but 22 miles this afternoon up the Lowick valley put a big smile on my face. The goal is to take part in the D-Day memorial parades, almost there....
My MDD was stationed at Cameron Camp, St Agnes Head in Cornwall where the 10th Light Anti-Aircraft Battery were based. This bike was with the 846 Anti-Aircraft Battery and was just one of 20 MDD's that Veloce Ltd sent to this unit.
