NEW MACHINE DAY, WE HAVE JUST BOUGHT A VIXEN 915 WET BLASTING MACHINE, SO THAT WE CAN NOW DO ALL OUR OWN VAPOUR BLASTING. THESE MACHINES ARE FANTASTIC AND THE VIXEN BRAND LEADS THE WAY. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD THIS WORK DONE FOR US BUT NOW WE CAN DO IT IN-HOUSE, WHICH SHOULD HELP SPEED THINGS UP. PART OF ANY GOOD RESTORATION HAS ALWAYS INVOLVED STRIPPING THE ENGINE AND GEARBOXES BACK TO THE BARE SHELL AND THEN GETTING THAT BRAND NEW ALUMINIUM LOOK THROUGH THE VAPOUR BLASTING CLEANING METHOD. THIS CAN NOW BE THE CASE FOR ALL THE ENGINE PARTS AND COMPONENTS, WHEEL RIMS, CARBURETTORS. WE WILL ALSO OFFER THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE ANYTHING NON-VELO CLEANING, SO IF YOUR CYLINDER HEAD ON YOUR HARLEY DAVIDSON PROJECT NEEDS A REFRESH, OR THE INTAKE MANIFOLD ON YOUR COSWORTH, BASICALLY ANYTHING ALUMINIUM WILL COME UP LIKE NEW. Work includes full restoration of all parts, supply of new and used parts, vapour blasting, gearbox and engine work, professional paintwork and stove enamelling, magneto and dynamo overhaul and wheel building.
