ALTON VELOCETTE ELECTRIC STARTER KITS

Hello guys, we are now distributors for Alton and their 12v Electric starter kits for the Velocette bikes. We have fitted several of these to bikes over the last few years and have been impressed with how well they fit and the fact that they don't really spoil the look of your bike. We know that the early kits had a few problems with reliability but Alton have made some improvements to help address these issues, talking us through what they have done. We are just about to fit one of the new kits to a Venom, so we will keep you updated on how this goes. See some pictures of the modifications below

There has been a price increase because of the extra modifications and work that goes into the new kits however we think that these are still an excellent addition/option, especially if you are finding it hard to kick up your Velo these days! That said, myself and Bill are working on a 'Special' which will include several modifications to the standard Velo, including fitting an Alton electric starter with the aim to try and make a bike a bit more rider friendly but still keeping the traditional look that Veloce designed
