ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - SUSPENDED

I don't know if you overseas guys and girls have seen what is going on in the UK at the moment regarding the Royal Mail Postal service, however there is a lot of strike action and has been over the last several weeks. This has caused a massive backlog of items that are now being held in warehouses and from our own experience with several European customers, we have got shipments that have not yet arrived from early December time when they were sent. Royal Mail tracking just shows them as being held with no further details. One or two have made it to their destination country now, however this has taken over 5 weeks to do so.

Royal Mail themselves put out a message on UK National news yesterday, that they advise anyone not to use their International services until further notice. So until the service has been restored by Royal Mail, there will only be the option of DHL courier service for all international orders.
